Delete your account

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within Musha itself:

1. Open Musha on your device.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Once you confirm, the deletion is requested immediately — there is nothing else you need to do.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our servers:

• Your account and account identifier.
• All of your farm records — entities, events, and transactions.
• Any encrypted cloud backups and synced data we hold for you.
• Your registered devices.

Any data stored only on your device (your local farm records) is not held by us — it is removed when you uninstall the app.

How long it takes

Deletion is processed immediately when you confirm it, and is completed within 30 days at the latest.

If you can't access the app

If you are unable to open Mushafor any reason, email us from your account's email address — the address you registered with — and we will delete your account and data for you:

Deletion is permanent

Account deletion cannot be undone. Because your backups and synced data are end-to-end encrypted — we hold only ciphertext we cannot read — there is no way for us to recover your deleted data. That is by design, and it is the same property that keeps your records private while your account is active.

One honest exception

For billing and abuse-prevention purposes, we may retain anonymized usage logs — token counts only, with the user identifier removed. These contain no personal data and no farm content, and cannot be tied back to you.
